866 is a Taiwanese pop-up restaurant, helmed by Tiffany Ran of Blindcock Media. Tiffany has cooked in some of the best Seattle kitchens and has a passion for sharing and furthering the cuisine that brought her up.
866’s visual brand identity draws from photos of Tiffany’s travels in Taiwan. There’s a deliberate gritty earthiness in the way it presents. We wanted to avoid photos of overly composed food on white plates and instead focused on the feeling of cultural authenticity. The logo are the Chinese characters for 886 and also evokes the Taiwan blue magpie.
